Description
Ömer Kutay attended high school in 1968-1975, Tehran American College and Ankara Atatürk High School. He studied at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Dentistry between 1976-1981. He completed his associate professorship studies at Istanbul University in 1993. He received his professorship at Istanbul University in 2001.
