Description
Born on February 1, 1965 in Ceyhan, Kemal Uğurlu completed Namık Kemal Primary School in 1976 and Yaldır Kardeşler Secondary School in 1979. In 1982, he was awarded a place at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Istanbul University. After studying there for two years, Ugurlu continued his education in France. Returning from France Kemal Uğurlu graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1989 and received the title of Medical Doctor.
He started his specialtist training in France and respectively completed his residency and received received his licence to practice from Vakıf Gureba Hospital Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic on June 26, 1996.
